Earth Day 2010 in Oak Ridge

The public is invited to Earth Day 2010 at the Oak Ridge Civic Center/Bissell Park. The event is free and family-friendly. Exhibitor applications are still being accepted for businesses or organizations that share the mission of educating, encouraging, and empowering our citizens to lead a more sustainable lifestyle.

Festival entertainment will be provided throughout the day by some of the area's finest bands. There will be many educational exhibits, hands-on activities for all ages, animal encounters, great local food, many vendors of earth-friendly products, and a scavenger hunt with excellent prizes for the kids.
