Event Description
Family-fun event centered around a 5k run/walk. Lots of food and prizes for individuals and teams, including family teams. About 20 alternative fuel vehicles will be on display, and a Hybrid Ride-n-Drive will take place before and after the 5k. Booths discussing local air quality and cleaner energy technologies will be there. Free massages to participants, giveaways to all attendees, giving away a Wii game system, just a nice spring event centered around clean energy and clean air for East Tennessee! New this year to the Run -- the Clean Air Kids Zone! We are setting up an entire tent with a number of fun activities for kids to tackle to learn about clean air actions while having fun! There will be prizes for those kids who try each of the activities and other giveaways will be included, too! Easy and fun go together!
